AS PROMISED! THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM OLIVA! WWII BOMBARDIER! Right out of the
waterfront estate on Long Lake!
PLEASE NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT: This auction is in a home that has no parking.
We are doing preview by appointment only on Friday the 24th.
Due to the nature of the home and quality of goods we are requesting the
following for viewing the goods as well as attending this auction.
1: please no children, guests or pets please. Only registering bidders and
their spouses.
2: we require a $300.00 refundable cash only deposit for private viewing on
Friday. This deposit will be credited to your purchase on sale day and or
refunded at the end of the auction. No portion of this fee will be retained
by the auction except amounts applied to purchase.
3: Each registered bidder is required to post their $300.00 cash deposit to
attend this auction & to preview on Friday.
4: due to the parking situation we are arranging parking with the Thurston
county fairgrounds. We will provide shuttle to and from the auction on
auction day. Friday private showings will drive to the home. Parking
location and shuttle information may change so PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE FOR
UPDATES.
5: shuttle service will be free however tipping the driver would be
appreciated.
6: only small easily carried goods that are purchased will be allowed on
shuttle. Pickup for most goods will be on a first come first serve basis
AFTER the end of the auction and from 10am-2pm on Sunday the 26th.
7: all items in this auction will be cataloged and available on our web site
for viewing.
8: To schedule your private viewing and register for this incredible auction
please call 360-791-6085 from Monday the 20th through Wednesday the 23rd
10am-5pm.

coat, military photos and documentation, as well as the museum quality
veterans scrapbook that has truck loads of WWII history. It is truly mind

UPDATED PARKING INFO
The location for parking on Saturday for the long lake estate shuttle is
below. There will not be parking at the estate. All bidders must park at the
church listed below. Directly across the street from Thurston county
fairgrounds. Tipping the shuttle driver is appreciated however not required.
Shuttle will be running all day starting at 9:30am on auction day.
